Wheatgrass has remarkable healing properties, many examples of which can be found on this website. I believe these effects are most likely due to the influence of wheatgrass bioactives on gene expression. Time will tell.

How different is this *fermented* wheat *germ* product and Dr Wheatgrass products? The Avemar wheatgerm product is derived from the wheat seed. The wheatgrass extract I use is produced from the young wheatgrass sprout prior to the jointing phase which
